LABOR&WAGES

PT. SINAR RAGAMINDO only employs workers who are at least 18 years of age and maintain official documentation for every worker that proves the worker's date of birth. Discriminations regard to race, color, gender, nationality, religion, age, and maternity or marital status are not applicable in the factory. Workers are paid more than the minimum legal wage or the local industry standard. Overtime and company benefits are also in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
